Ugarte clause
A 10 per cent sell-on clause has been included in Manchester United's deal for Manuel Ugarte.
The midfielder is undergoing a medical ahead of his move from Paris Saint-Germain.
According to Fabrizio Romano, final documents are being exchanged before the deal is completed.
Ugarte will sign a deal through to 2029 at Old Trafford after signing for £51million including add-ons.

After arriving in Manchester overnight, Manuel Ugarte is edging closer to joining Manchester United.
He is set to undergo a medical today ahead of his move from Paris Saint-Germain, Fabrizio Romano reports.
United have agreed a £51million deal with the French giants and Ugarte will pen a five-year contract at Old Trafford.
Sancho interest
There is growing interest in Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho during the closing days of the transfer window.
According to talkSPORT, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund are both monitoring the 24-year-old.
Sancho has also been linked with both Juventus and Chelsea this month.
He previously spent four years at Dortmund before returning for a second spell on loan last season.

Ferdinand slams McTominay exit
Rio Ferdinand has hit out at his former club for agreeing to sell Scott McTominay to Napoli.
McTominay is on the brink of sealing a £25m switch to thr Italian giants.
But Ferdinand thinks that the Scot's consistency will be missed at Old Trafford.
He told his show: "It really doesn’t sit well with me. To replace him you’re going to have to spend £30m or £40m and give him £150,000 a week probably.
"It’s not going to be cheap and it’s a gamble, you don’t know what you’re going to get, whereas with McTominay you know what you’re getting.

Sterling deal 'up to United'
Fabrizio Romano has claimed that a swap deal for Raheem Sterling and Jadon Sancho is "up to Man Utd".
The Red Devils are looking to offload Sancho with Juventus another club interested.
Chelsea are said to consider Sancho "an opportunity" for a swap deal with Sterling.
United would, of course, have to be keen to take Sterling the other way for a deal to go through.
Ugarte sell-on clause
PSG are set to include a 10 per cent sell-on clause into Manuel Ugarte's contract as part of his move to Man Utd.
That's according to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, who also claims that the deal will be £42m + £8.5m in add-ons.
Sancho 'likely' to leave
The Athletic have reported that Jadon Sancho is "likely to leave" Manchester United before Friday's transfer deadline.
The 24-year-old was left out of the squad for both of United's opening Premier League games.
As has been reported widely, both Chelsea ands Juventus are two sides interested in striking up a deal.

Manuel Ugarte is set to travel to Manchester tonight to finalise his move to Man Utd, according to reports.
The midfielder has been given permission to travel, despite the deal not being completed just yet.

Everton are reportedly considering a swoop to sign Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina.
Amrabat spent last season on loan with Man Utd, with the Red Devils chooising not to activate his buy clause at the end of the campaign.
Now Prem rivals Everton are looking to get a deal over the line, according to Fabrizio Romano.
