IT was the homeware trend that everyone seemed to fall in love with.
Velvet sofas, 'Live laugh love' signs and grey EVERYWHERE - with many people citing cleaning guru Mrs Hinch as their home decor inspiration.
But one woman who turned her home grey when it was popular is now regretting her decision, and wants to change it back to "boring beige".
"Okay, who else did put their whole house grey and now hates it?" professional cake maker and mum-of-five Lucy began her TikTok video.
"You know it was a thing wasn't it?
"When Mrs Hinch started coming about and everything was grey and we all changed our houses to grey.

"I literally hate it now.
"I want to change it all.
"I want to be changing every room back to boring beige."
Sitting on the sofa in her front room, Lucy said she was "lucky" because her sofas actually turned out to be beige.

"These are actually the ones that Mrs. Hinch got because I was obsessed with it, right?" she continued.
"And I actually thought they were gonna be grey, but they're not. they came beige.
"I was a little bit upset because obviously my house was grey, but now I'm thankful because they're beige!"
While things weren't going to be too difficult to change up in her lounge, as she just needed to change the panelling and get a new rug and some new artwork, it was a different story in her kitchen.
"That's gonna be hard because it's got grey tiles and grey cabinets," she sighed.
"But to be honest I'm thinking about just getting a whole new kitchen.
"I've painted the cupboards like four times and they always chip.
"So I'm gonna do one room at a time, but anyone else having this problem?
Trends interior designers hate
IF you want to ensure that your home looks glam, here are the trends that interior designers can't stand.
NO YELLOW: According to Bilal Rehman, yellow paint in a bedroom is a big no no.
He said: “If you want everyone to know you're a horse girl then yellow is perfect for you.”
SIGN OFF: Kelly Hoppen shared her honest thoughts on Live, Love, Laugh signs.
The interior pro explained: “Another gripe of mine - Live, Laugh, Love - those kinds of wooden things that sit on book shelves and floating shelves, that’s so 10, 12, 15 years ago.”
NO GREY YAY: Julie Provenzano explained that grey interiors have been overdone.
She stressed: “We took a good thing and we overdid it to the point that it now feels copy, paste, basic.”
"The grey is just not for me anymore!"
"Anyone else in the grey club and hate it now?" Lucy captioned her video.
"Me!!" one wrote.
"Now changing the colour of each room to Egyptian cotton and it feels so much warmer."
"Yep. Thankfully I didn’t get grey furniture or floor so just need to change my wall colours," another sighed.
To which Lucy replied: "Aww that was lucky.
"My flooring is all grey throughout!"
"Yep, changing mine bit by bit, my neighbours even painted the outside grey," a third commented.
With Lucy responding: "I never thought I'd hate it but I'm so over it."
"I was an estate agent and I have seen enough grey houses to last me more than a lifetime," someone else admitted.
"Just don't do trends," another advised.
"In 2 years you'll hate beige!
"Look at colours and styles on Pinterest."
"I've always been a very plain girl," Lucy replied.
"The kids' rooms have colour in them but I'm very plain myself.
"But knowing me I'll get bored of it in few years, that's true!"
"We did some of our house grey, I hate it!" someone else said.
