CHILDHOOD fans of American Disney sitcom Shake It Up have been taken aback after discovering what one of the main stars is up to now.
The show is well known for catapulting leading ladies Bella Thorne and Zendaya to fame.
But one of the side characters has now taken her place on the world stage, getting involved in politics in a shock move.
Caroline Sunshine played anti-hero Tinka Hessenheffer in the kids' series.
Tinka and her brother Gunther both competed against main characters Cece (Bella Thorne) and Rocky (Zendaya) for the title of best dancer on Shake It Up, Chicago!
Now no longer a child star, Caroline seems to have become something of an anti-hero in real life too.
